Mantilla Family Condominium

The project is located on a 4,700 m² lot with the goal of creating a residential and community space that fosters coexistence, recreation, and functionality. At the entrance, a spacious 500 m² event hall includes a stage, dance floor, seating area, kitchen with storage, general storage, and gender-segregated restrooms, along with 13 dedicated parking spaces. The project is complemented by a sports court and a playground, offering recreational spaces for all ages.

The condominium has seven residential lots, each measuring 225 m², connected by a 6 m wide two-way central road and pedestrian sidewalks between 0.9 m and 1.2 m wide. In the rear area, there is a public exercise area and a park that utilizes the remaining space, adding scenic value and well-being. The design, adapted to the context of Otuzco, Cajamarca, considers both community needs and local identity, proposing a safe, functional, and harmonious environment that fuses architecture, urban planning, and nature.
